Need to File a Claim?

All claims should be submitted via Accord Loss Notice with all current information to Mike Rodrigue, Jr, mikejr@rodcoworldwide.com. Once received, claims are processed immediately with General Liability claims forwarded to the company directly and Property claims sent to a third-party adjuster.

Loss Runs

Loss runs requests should be emailed to Kevin Thibodeaux, kevint@rodcoworldwide.com

• London companies do not provide hard copies of loss runs, although we can provide documentation of losses.
• All loss runs are processed within 36 hours.

How to:

In order to expedite this process please include the following information:

• Policy number.
• Date, time and location of the loss/accident.
• Details of the loss/accident.
• Name, address and phone number of any involved parties.
• If applicable, name of law enforcement agency or fire department, along with the incident number
